Maintaining Excellent Health

The following is a “must do” in order to maintain excellence health. These are not an option:
Regular physical examinations
Proper nutrition/eating healthy
Daily exercise
Proper rest and relaxation
Proper confession and application of the Word of God and prayer in healing
Therefore, brethren, be the all diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble. 1 Peter 1:10
It doesn’t mean you will never have a challenge (praise God if you don’t) but you are putting yourself in a stronger position to overcome those challenges.
